The TG Ieyasu 200g is 4" long and weighs 7.05oz which is about half the volume of a Salas 6X and almost an ounce heavier. Tungsten jigs have been gaining popularity in Japan over the last few years, tungsten is 74% more dense than lead meaning you can get a smaller jig profile without sacrificing on weight.

These jigs will be best suited for dropping down to the bottom or to suspended fish although if you're confident in casting a 7oz jig feel free to hurl it out. There's a belly grove on this jig that allows it to drop super quick and it is not affected by currently nearly as much as typical vertical jigs so I was able to stay straight up and down fishing the wrong side of the boat while landing fish.

The problem with tungsten jigs is manufacturing cost, it has the highest melting point of any metal at 6200 degrees so it is very difficult to work with. Only a few manufacturers exist for this style of jig and they are generally limited in shape and size but Bozles has done an amazing job of making using designs compared to other companies selling glorified torpedo sinkers.
